  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly send us clear photos of the item within 5 days of receipt. We will then offer you a full refund or a replacement, according to your preference.

  1. Non-Received Orders:

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please inform us within 30 days from the expected shipping date. We will review the delivery status and, if necessary, offer you a full refund or resend the order.

  1. Order Errors:

In case we have shipped an incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will request you to return the incorrect item in its original condition, and we will send you the correct product or provide a full refund.

  1. Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation will no longer be possible as we will have already begun the packing and shipping process.

  1. Returns:

For any returns, please contact us before sending the product back. We will only accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date, and the product must be in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

  1. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product or upon agreement on the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or return if we deem the request to be unreasonable or abusive.
